Shipping Schedule
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays from 10:00am to 3:00pm. We do our best to ship orders as fast as possible.
International Shipping

Tracking Your Package

Lost or Stolen Packages
We as merchants are not liable for any lost/stolen or incorrect addresses merchandise, once we ship the item, the shipping carrier is responsible for shipment. For lost/ stolen packages please track your goodies, refer to your shipping confirmation email and find TRACKING #.Then you must call shipping carrier used with your tracking number for further information. USPS/UPS will look into it and help you locate it as soon as possible.
