RETURN POLICY

Returns
Here at avail we have a 30 day return policy. If your return period has expired, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must remain unused and returned in the same condition that you received it in. Any item not in its original condition or damaged will not be eligible for a return.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify based on the approval or rejection based on your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed with a $5 restocking fee.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, we suggest contacting your bank or credit card company. It typically takes 1-2 weeks before a refund is posted. If you have exceeded 2 weeks without a refund, please contact us at: sales@availgear.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to make an exchange, please send us an email at sales@availgear.com. Upon approval, please send all returns to Avail Gear, 243 N Oceana Dr, Tavernier Florida, 33070, United States.
